Hourly rates for cash game players

Just a quick question because I remember reading an article about this but can't find it again.

What is a good benchmark hourly rate for a table like 2/4 nl live in big blinds? I thought it was something like 2 big blinds an hour is good.

Also whats a really good rate for online players around those levels?(1/2 or 2/4) Obviously its more because more hands are played.

If you have any rough answers to these question it would be appreciated.
